Losing control!!!!!!!!!..."Don't worry, I have you."~God

Just wanted to post a little something since I was thinking about it and well also cause I haven't written anything in awhile. I can't let Paige have all the fun (or all the credit). Do you know how much that will go to her head??? I mean her head would get huge!!! I feel a slap coming on...

So yeah I've been sick for FOREVER! Okay maybe not forever but it seems like it.
I have mono....yuck. I'm blaming Paige. Even if its not her fault, I will still blame her. I blame everything on her. (Btw she does the same to me, so it's even ;) )

Also I have a really bad cough. I mean not just the annoying cough, the bad cough. Il'l go into these coughing fits that leave me gasping for air cause I start to panic, and you know what you do when you panic, you hyperventilate. Then my mom has to calm me down and tell me that i'll breathe just fine if I relax.

I was thinking about it. When I have those coughing fits, I feel so out of control. I feel like anything could happen, and I couldn't do anything. Don't you feel like that with life sometimes? Like your life is spinning out of control and you can't seem to take back what little control you had in the first place?

Let me tell you something. God is always in control. There's no "oops" or "was that supposed to happen??" Or "I messed up, and now I don't know how to fix it".

I want to bring something else to your attention also. When you take a hold of that steering wheel and try to control your own life, things will start to go down hill. There's no way your life can be perfect or go smoothly with you taking the wheel. Why? Because you're not perfect. Your a sinner. I'm sorry to say it, but that's the truth.
When you let go, get back in the passenger side, and give God the wheel, you will realize that God has absolutely everything in control. There's no need for panic attacks or worries.

Give God your all. Give Him every single piece of your life, even the little stuff. Then when you let go, don't reach back for it.

Romans 8:28
"And we know that all things work together for good to then that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose."

1st Peter 5:7
"Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. "

Psalms 29:11
"The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace."

John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

John 16:33
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation:but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

1 Corinthians 14:33
"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."

Philippians 4:6-7
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

There's so many verses on God giving us peace and Him taking control. Please remember to give God the control.

*all verses are KJV. Btw that's the only version you will ever see Paige or I use*

I'm SO HAPPY, and Here's the Reason Why....

Elisa's coming home TODAY!!!

While she was away...
I went to her house more often than I ever do when she's home
I pretty-kitty-sat adorable Frisky
I plotted evilness (Elisa likes that stuff)
I missed her BUNCHES
I had a lot of blond moments involving her house (totally the Elisa effect)
And I had two 'accidents' while driving.
(They were clearly not my fault - the bushes attacked me. Obviously they wanted to eat the red paint on my Dad's Thunderbird. And the mailboxes definitely jumped out to whack my Mom's side mirror because they didn't want Dad to get the mail while sitting in the car. Nothing was permanent or actually broken, so I consider it a minor thing to mention. Did I tell you my Grandmother still let's me driver her Caddy?)
What I missed most...
her smile
her laugh
chatting frequently
complaining together (about the unfairness of rising before lunchtime, schoolwork, etc.)
seeing her on Sunday
blaming her for everything I do wrong (she's a terrible influence you know)
aannnddd just knowing she's only a few minutes away

What I can't wait to do...
Hug her
Do all the above at the same time
Tease her
Whisper secrets (I'm good at inventing stupid stuff in the spur of the moment; I rarely have any real ones)
Have her drag me around (like usual)
Play piano together
Have her sing beside me (to drown me out, haha)
Cause trouble in the back row during Sunday School (seriously though, we whisper about the lesson and what we missed when taking a different note. that almost gets us separated =/)
Find really dumb things funny together
Yell at each other from across the room
Taking notes off each other during sermon
Being miserable together when the situation arises (chocolate shortages are among the top reasons to do so)
Listen to her tell stories about vacation (some of them several times, with new details or links to another story)
Steal her camera and SD card if she doesn't post pictures online fast enough
And just being together =)

What I did to her house...
It's a secret.
Can't tell ya.
Boy is it fun to have a key and a knowledge of Elisa's phobias...
Would I be that cruel?
Try me.

Evil chuckles,

Phobia #1
My presence

I intend to bring that one around a lot.)

Teaser Post 1.5 #WinterLine2013

The promised next part.
Labeled 1.5 because 2 will be another phase. This is a continuation of phase 1.

We have to wait for a fabric to come back in stock
(this one)
White lace
but here are the last of our fabric purchase.
These fabrics are what we hope to use in the Winter Line 2013 outfits...

This is silver
With the white lace being paired with ^this one^ . However, it may be wider than we had we may go with our back-up plan.

All of our WL'13 sets will be based off from real clothing items. As in actual as-seen-in-this-store kind of real clothing. We look forward to sharing those with you as we discover if we can indeed replicate them or not... ;)

While this is not necessarily related to the WL'13, we thought we'd show you some of the new patterns we bought last month. We've been so busy that we haven't even printed them up, but we're happy just knowing that they are waiting to be used. =D
Last of all, we really hope to show you a few new listings (as in ones we finally can list now that I have a camera) next week. The week after that we want to have a completed custom order to show y'all.
